This balm was designed with postpartum women and children in mind but can be beneficial for a wide variety of aches and pains including growing pains and arthritis, postpartum depletion, stress, exhaustion and grief.

Apply this nourishing and uplifting blend of herbs to any problem area or massage onto feet/legs and cover with socks.

Nettle is high in Vitamins A and K as well as many minerals including Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Iron and Potassium which can help to replenish the postpartum woman. It has also been used historically to treat muscle and joint aches as well as minor sprains and strains.

Lemon Balm has an affinity for children who respond well to its calming effects. Its uplifting benefits also extend to heartache, nervous exhaustion and grief. Rosemary not only adds an uplifting scent but is known for its joint soothing benefits due to its high levels of Rosmaricine, a mild analgesic (painkiller). It can also help to lift the spirit, especially when a loss has occurred and is a good circulatory tonic.
